By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• The App allows optional account registration using an email address. You may also use the App without registering.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We store account emails on our servers and will not share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• The App offers subscription-based premium features that unlock additional features and remove advertisements.
• All billing, payments, cancellations, and refunds for subscriptions are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or the relevant platform.
• To cancel or manage your subscription, follow the instructions provided by your platform.
• Trial periods will automatically convert to a paid subscription if not cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Ads and Advertising Partners

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and other advertising partners. These partners may collect anonymous data to deliver relevant ads.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the App or our services.
• Use the App to enable unauthorized access, distribution, or sharing of premium content without payment.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Data Deletion and Requests

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
